Szentendre
This tour takes goes by bus to the medieval artist town Szentendre. The walking city tour of the town, includes a visit to the Margit Kovacs Ceramic Museum, which is a rarity of its kind. Coffee break in the Confectionery Museum, then free time for shopping.
Return to Budapest (between 01 April and 31 October return by boat, between 01 November and 31 March return by bus), the tour ends at the pier / city center.
City Tour of Budapest
Visit the most interesting and famous sights of the capital. The tour starts with the impressive House of Parliament, proceeds by the Margaret Island via Margaret Bridge up to the Castle District, where it continues walking by the Matthias Church, Fishermen’s Bastion, Royal Palace, having a breathtaking view onto the city from the Citadel. Crossing the Danube to the more busy Pest side to the Heroes’ Square, passing by the Opera House, St. Stephen’s Basilica. The tour ends at the Danube embankment at Hotel Intercontinental.
